1. Store and scope

EraLuma is an online business operating from Jordan. The EraLuma trade name is not currently registered as a business entity or trademark. These terms apply to website use, ready-made products and personalized orders, alongside the payment, shipping, warranty, returns and privacy policies.

2. Products and specifications

EraLuma sells handmade illuminated wooden art boxes with ready-made or personalized artwork. The artwork area is approximately A4, while the external frame dimensions may differ. The product uses white LED backlighting; visual color changes reflect the artwork and illumination rather than multicolor LEDs. Reasonable screen-to-print color variation may occur, without limiting rights where goods are materially nonconforming.

3. Personalized orders

Customers must have the right to submit their photos, logos and other materials. We request customer approval of personalized artwork before printing. Amendments and voluntary cancellation are available before printing begins, subject to the agreed order workflow. Once printing begins after approval, change-of-mind cancellation is not offered; defects, damage, nonconformity and mandatory legal rights remain protected.

4. Order confirmation

Submitting an order form or transfer screenshot alone does not verify payment. Preparation begins only after receipt of funds is confirmed by the store. If fulfillment is not possible due to missing details or service availability, we will contact the customer about an appropriate remedy or applicable refund. Fulfillment timing is described in the Shipping Policy.

5. Prices and payment

The store uses JOD as its base pricing and accounting currency. Other currencies may be shown for convenience if the feature is enabled. The final checkout total, currency, delivery charges and applicable taxes are disclosed before confirmation. A payment provider is available only when it appears as an enabled option at checkout.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping availability, charges and time estimates are detailed in the Shipping Policy. Customers should provide accurate contact and destination details and promptly report errors, without shifting supplier responsibility for its own or carrier-related obligations under mandatory law.

7. Returns, warranty and legal rights

Our commercial defect-reporting window is 30 days, alongside a 12-month commercial manufacturing and lighting warranty. Neither these terms nor related store policies remove or restrict mandatory consumer rights under Jordanian or other applicable law.

8. Website use and contact

Users must not disrupt the site or submit material infringing the rights of others.
